Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish Endowment Fund

Created in 2003, the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish Endowment Fund is a permanently restricted fund. The principal of this fund is protected, while the interest income generated from the fund is used for the continuing financial stability and foundation of the parish. This Endowment Fund is a permanent source of funds, and provides a unique opportunity for all parishioners to invest in the Church's mission. The parish benefits from the fund in that it receives all generated income from the Fund through dividends, interest, and growth. In addition, because of its restricted nature, the Endowment Fund insures a secure, long-term, financial foundation for the parish. The Endowment Fund is part of the Diocese of Youngstown Foundation which is an inclusive organization created to house designated endowment funds.
